By merging the databases of the already existing applications (iCheck / iRecall) we can benefit from the already existing data and optimise the existing processes. The main features after merging and creating "iReCheck" are:

  • importing RM purchase orders fro Continental SAP
  • accessing information to third party subjects (if necessary)
  • unlimited SMS to the drivers in their own language
  • ONLINE process electronization (not a local notebook, or Excel)
  • nonstop online overview about the actual situation (Web portal)
  • no pointless personal communication with the drivers
  • auto reporting and responsive statistics
  • system logins according exactly to specific users/groups needs
  • truck registration ANYWHERE
  • truck recalling without a PC (or a notebook)
  • creation of an electronic damage protocol and automated sending, incl. drivers’ signture
  • direct confirmation of the (un)loading begin / end
  • truck driver Checklist signature via touch screen
  • electronic book of received and dispatched shipments, shipments time table for each unloading point and capacity calendar for RM purchasers

 

It is an upgrade of the already existing software, merged into a robust database and adjusted to the needs of other departments, which are used on daily basis, including many new useful features, that make the process faster and even more efficient.
